Im a painter, art teacher, and creative practitioner whose work explores human expression and emotional experience through painting and drawing.

I have a teaching degree in Art and English from Denmark. From 1999 to 2012 I lived in England, where I studied, worked, and exhibited my artwork. During this time I completed a Master of Arts in Design and Media at the University of Portsmouth in 2002 and later a Diploma in Interior Design in 2004, continuing to develop my artistic practice alongside teaching.

Teaching GCSE and A levels in the UK.  I lived and worked in England for 12 years. I mainly taught Art and Design in Secondary Schools(age 11-16) and AS and A levels in College. In addition to teaching Art a large part of the work was to support the students to develop a portfolio to apply for further education.

In 2012 I returned to Denmark, where I have since continued to exhibit my work and work extensively within art education. My teaching has increasingly focused on supporting people through creative processes, including students with special needs. I have completed further studies related to the autistic spectrum as well as a Diploma in Art Therapy from UCL University College in Odense.

Alongside my painting practice, I teach drawing and watercolour to adults and has facilitated creative workshops for both children and adults, supporting artistic expression, creativity, and personal development through art.
